1.  Lavaflow Ltd holds 75.2% of Boston United issued share capital.  When do you, Chestnut Holmes, intend to actually buy the Lavaflow shares and become de jure owners of the football club?

 

2.  You signed off the Lavaflow and Boston United accounts and so knew of the fact that Lavaflow had a debt of £1.1 million on its balance sheet.  To whom does Lavaflow owe this money and how did it manage to generate such a large creditor(s) when it was no more that a holding company which did not trade? And did Justin Rushworth waive his fee and provide you with the accounts?

 

3. Can you dispel the ridiculous notion that some fans have gained that this is a bogus creditor and probably a friend/former/current shareholder of Lavaflow?  (and therefore a naughty way for Lavaflow/its friends to make some money?)

 

4.  Given this Lavaflow creditor/debt is so large and is in addition to the Boston United CVA liability of £846,000 it is rather baffling as to why Lavaflow Ltd  has not sold all its shares to you for a nominal sum of say £1 in order to divest itself of its rather excessive current liabilities.  Have you a view on why this should be?

 

5. The special purposes vehicle (SPV) Standing Alone negotiated a 5 year option to buy the Tattershall Road land subject to planning permission for about £1 million from Sportsfunds (Boston) Ltd (similar to the option which Lavaflow had).  Can you now please tell fans who now legally owns this option?

 

6.  Have you established any SPVs since you became a Lavaflow director?

 

7.  How often do you meet/communicate with Jon Sotnick /Jimbo and the Lavaflow shareholders?

 

8.  You and Mr Kempster met with Terry Bacon a few weeks ago.  Terry is on the Board of Sportsfunds (Boston) Ltd.  What was the purpose of the meeting and why did you later deny to Mick Vines (Chairman of Boston Town FC) that this meeting took place?

 

9.  Has any of the CVA creditors been paid (even in part) since it was agreed or are you still waiting to develop Tattershall Road as detailed in the CVA in order to meet this commitment?

 

10.  Leaving aside the monies due to the CVA creditors, have you managed to achieve income and expenditure balance at York Street since you became a non-shareholding director of BUFC ? Either way, and given the financial mismanagement of the club in recent years, will you publish  the management accounts so all fans can see?

 

11. When do you intend to submit a planning application to put residential housing on the Tattershall Road site and football ground.

 

12. Has Mr Malkinson banked any of the cheques due in payment of the lease at York Street?

 

13.  When will you be holding an AGM?

14.  Will you consider a new CVA (and 10 point hit while we can afford to do so) if the planning application and resultant proc£eds do not go through within the 3 year time limit of the initial CVA
