not sure whats happened here but needless to say i'm not too happy having previously encountered the problem with aceboard i didn't expect to get it again

 

i've reported to admin and as soon as i know anything i'll let you all know

well the explanation from the admin doesn't make sense

they said my subscription had expired which didn't make sense as i only took it out a few days ago and its supposed to last 6 months

they did advise me to change a particular setting though - which i have done - so hopefully no more problems
