he was found in wyberton, a long way from where we live in a very bad state. He is at present on a drip at the vets the x ray showed nothing so we know he wasn't hit by a car or kicked as was the first thought, they are now wondering whether he has been poisioned. We will know more after blood tests tomorrow.

Just an update on my dog charlie. He has been in the vets for a few days on a drip and it was touch and go for a while, but he is now home and very weak. He was definately poisioned. The vet thinks he has had a stroke, but with each day he is picking up a little.
I live in town and he was found down the A16 on the roadside just two hours later by a lovely man who picked him up and took him home. I can't be certain but it looks like someone had got him and dumped him down there after poisioning him. This is something we will never find out about. So beware you animal lovers - know where your pets are at all times.
Ahhh sorry to hear such bad and upsetting news, as tan said make sure he has plenty of TLC! How anyone can do such a thing to a defenceless pet I will never know, some people are sick!!!!!
