Plan B needs to come in NOW!
Give up on Boston United. Let Lavaflow sort out the mess they have created (if Jim ever comes back from Spain). The Malkies and everyone else need to pursue Lavaflow through the courts. Forget about Boston United.
Form a new club (Boston Swifts is my suggestion). Although, maybe on second thoughts, BSFC maybe sounds a bit like Bull Shit FC!
Barrie seems willling to get involved. so he can be chairman and CEO. Let Henry and his missus continue with the day to day running. Find a ground to play at, if the Malkies won't rent out York Street to the new club. The Dabsi, Sleaford, Spalding, Skegness....Peterborough even?
Keep Black and Amber as the team's colours, but come up with a new badge to distance ourself from the old club.
As time is short and we'll be starting way down the pyramid, maybe put Steve W in charge. Get Chris Cook involved too. And make sure Melvyn and the Trust play a big part.
Then we just need to sign some players sharpish. The situation right now isn't much worse than when Thommo had to sign players after the start of our first season in League 2 (after the previous mess Evans left us in).
Maybe next Wednesday (July 4) would be an appropriate day for the new club to be born...Independence Day!

Not turning it personal at all Shodfriars, I leave that to you. Just trying to point out that with your scatter gun approach you launch a personal attack on anyone who doesn't toe your particular party line. At the moment apparently, that is ok as long as the person being attacked isn't a "member" of this forum. A non "member" could still take you to task though if they so desired. I thought that you of all people would have known that.
By the way, did you look at Google maps? There doesn't appear to be much scope for footie there at the moment, a rugby pitch surrounded by cabbage fields and a running track with the centre marked out for heading the shot and catching the javelin events. Also, I believe that semi professional football is precluded because of Lottery funding.

Mmm. "John Steed" who never posts on Impstalk, explain this, why is it okay for Pete Lentilbake and Andy Shoulderchip to call people "trolls" and "mentalists" and "twats", but attacks aimed at them are deemed personal.

Actually, it would be quite funny to use Tattershall Road. 1,500 United fans there every other week, then back to a crowd of 50 for an FC game.
Poor old Townie and Jezmeister would be so fed up with the United takeover. It'd be hilarious. It'd probably push poor Townie over the edge. Look out for him going crazy on CNN!
