AA - Its perfectly fine to comment on the matter, but constant jibes against the lad, the club, the owners and manager relating to the issue is another. Plus a note was placed on the board asking people to refrain from such comments, it helps no-one. Like you message on here about personal comments, Mark may be a complete [insert your own assessment here] in my eyes but people cannot go around whacking it on public boards when asked not to?

jibes are not perhaps the best way to express your opinions but you have to admit the nature of his convictions is likely to stir some strong opinions and discussion and it would be so easy for individuals to overdo it due to their strong feelings on the matter
if he evr plays for us you can be assured that he'll receive much worse from the sidelines........possibly from both sets of fans

Its perfectly fine to comment on the matter, just follow the same rules as everyone else.
A note was placed on this board asking people to refrain from personal comments, if a poster persistently did so they would have their post edited and a ban handed out if warranted. Thats exactly what happened in this case on impstalk.

Lavaflow have gone. The only Lavaflow possibly involved with BUFC any more is the one owned by Chestnut Homes. But the Lavaflow of Evans, Rodwell and Sputnick has gone.

I would not be the least surprised if Lavaflow was still pulling the strings.
Here's why.
1. In his opening press release Dave Newton went out of his way to mention that he was not interested in land deals when Sotnick asked him. He then went on to say we should look to the future. Bizarre.
2. Chestnut Homes sponsored the club while all the shennigans was going on with Evans and Sotnick. What serious community spirited company would want to sponsor a club that had Robwell as chairman and a convicted tax fraudster as manager?
3. Lavaflow still holds 75.2% of BUFC shares.
4. Still no final accounts or AGM
5. No BUFC board constituted

4. Bearing in mind Chestnut Home stepped in at the last minute to sort out the mess created by Lavaflow, you can't serriously expect them to have produces accounts in just a few weeks. Likewise, an AGM hasn't been top priority has it?
5. How many people do you need to run a football club? It's a bit rich coming from you...the man who couldn't even organise the Trust properly.

The accounts have been ready for weeks Shodfriars. Ask Justin Rushworth. I think he'll probably want a few quid for them however.
I'd have thought an AGM for a company that wants to be "whiter than white" was pretty much a priority. There's shareholders out there that may well want to invest more and deserve to have some accountability from the club.
Lavaflow owns 75.2% of BUFC. Chestnut Homes only bought Standing Alone and the option to purchase tattershall road. How many times do you need telling ******* (I'm being generous!). Technically they do not own the club but are running it as a proxy I suggest unless Dave Newton wants to counter that?
Having a full board constituted by the good and the great is all part of good governance and accountability Shods. Ask Colin Woodcock!
You know very little about the Trust and how it is run quite clearly and you're probably just a sourpussy you did not get on board at the outset!. just a wild guess. smiley
